      @petertoddbtc Users don't generally know how many KB they need to pay for -- it's the wallet that knows that.

      @mmeijeri @petertoddbtc The wallet should charge a flat fee per tx, not per KB. Per KB greatly ^ mental tx costs w/o much efficiency gain.

      @mmeijeri @petertoddbtc Sizes of typical txs don't vary that much: just charge enough to cover largest possible tx.
