How many entries would be in #bitcoin's UTXO if the network scaled to global use? I'd think roughly as many fiat coins in circulation, no?

@NickSzabo4 unfortunately, the UTXO set is 650 MB on disk and only like 17M entries…and it's closer to 4GB decompressed in RAM. -
@NickSzabo4 US Mint made 13B coins in 2014, ~1000x UTXO set count. 650GB UTXO roughly the right order of magnitude for final#bitcoin scale. -
