@e_frankl look into private legal systems like unidroit combined with digital signatures representing identity. I'm writing a paper on it
@nprojectcharles @e_frankl Merely "signing" a traditional contract with crypto is not a smart contract. Smart part is dry code not wet.

@e_frankl There are plenty of nice dry things. Minimize wet but where needed use traditional institutions.
