Thank you, I appreciate it. I've been amazed at how quickly and often we humans can shift from a principled stance to cheering for the benevolent authoritarian that champions "our team". Scary because I can feel the sway of that siren song myself.

The world is full of people playing the pathological game of using regulators to kill competitors, so it's sad but inevitable that some HODLers would play that game too. But vastly more of that was coming against Libra from central banks and financial industry dependent on them.

All "true republics" have devolved into this mess There is an unavoidable destruction of accountability & inversion of morality created by forced funding This inevitable corruption will play out again & again until all services are voluntarily funded. There is no other solution
