Indeed. And banks already play the governance game with far greater knowledge and skills than anybody in the crypto space knows how to do. Value add in the crypto space comes from anti-governance.

Attack the user, far easier than attacking the network. Governments and banks know this. The attack vector grows as more secondary layers and services use bitcoin but aren't bitcoin.
