You want them to tell you secrets that they don't tell to other people at a job interview? I suppose if they refuse then they are insufficiently servile?

That's the point of the question. How you deal with a highly invasive, personal question - i.e., are you comfortable telling a person in authority to fuck off? Best response would be to do that, with humor: "If I told you that, I'd have to kill you."
