The problem for you here is that all internet vegans look like death or have cartoon profile pics. Thousands of internet carnivores have done it for years and decades and they have carefully documented their improvement. Compare http://meatheals.com to https://youtu.be/PJnPZgLHHWQ

Most of the carnivore documentation are how people turn from very fat to slightly fat. If you draw your conclusion about a healthy lifestyle from before-after pictures or from profile pics... your lost already.

Wrong. See
@SBakerMD. Before and after pictures are a great test of a diet's impact. All vegan diet promoters on the internet look malnourished if they do it for a few years. See@nutrition_facts1 reply 0 retweets 5 likes -

That's because you've been brainwashed into thinking science means "press release from Harvard." Science is experimentation & these are all valuable individual experiments you should consider & try to explain. All you have are wooshy-washy pseudo-spiritual feelz & agribusiness PR

Science is definitively not looking at a bunch of random before after picture. I always consider I'm brain washed... That's why I went plant base on experiment and felt good. Done it now for 7years and never felt better.

These are not random pictures. You need to think much harder about how to explain away these hundreds of cases in the previous links I've shared.

Are you really making conclusions out of those sources?

I've asked you to show me any third generation vegan or vegan societies. I showed you hundreds of examples of veganism destroying people & meat healing them. All you've done is avoid answering and ask rhetorical questions. This is a waste of my time. Bye!

there were societies in east Asia that were vegan for hundreds of years. it's not optimal, but it's also not the death sentence you make it out to be. Today, sub saharan Africa has the highest malnutrition rate but also the highest fertility rates in the world.pic.twitter.com/5iklWPIG59

There are also substantial genetic factors, for example amylase count. Many people have few ancestors who ate plant-heavy diets, we have primarily pastoral & hunter ancestors, and often don't deal well with fructose, high carbs generally, vegetable oils, and/or insoluble fiber.
