      Think 36 months... How many liters of milk or loaf of bread you $10 can buy 3 years later... Holding BTC for any 36 months never lost value.

      No one knows bitcoin's future price. So its impossible to know today how much milk your bitcoin will buy 3 years from now. But since the Fed targets 2% inflation, and a savings account earns ~2%, you know today pretty much how much milk your dollar will buy in 3 years.

          Good point. CPI here is around 5%, but in reality it's closer to 10% or more. So like -2%?
