Fascist is not a term that should be thrown around loosely. Full stop.

I knew someone would come in with "but what about communist" ... Far left socialism is mainstream in America. Actual fascism is not even close. The supply/demand is not equivalent at all. Being a "communist" is still hip and cool in pop culture.
Only the most extremely vile and/or ignorant people think the hammer & sickle, Che, etc. are acceptable in civilized society, yet many display these symbols of utter hate and genocide openly, and justify their evil by calling themselves "anti-fascist".

You can comfortably wear a Che / Hammer & Sickle shirt across the West and if anything, get positive reactions. Aside from culturally-empty parenting (post-religious west), I also blame academia. Communists embedded themselves very well into schools, films, hollywood, etc. Sick.

They certainly won't get a positive reaction from me, or from anybody else who has become historically aware. Either their vile garbage will leave the room or I will.
