He has a huge audience whether you like it or not. Better to engage with those who want to learn - both him and his audience - than turn a blind eye and leave them to blindly promote shitcoins. There's way bigger enemies than pete, get your priorities straight.

Bitcoiners don't have an aversion to people making money. Greed is good. Bitcoiners have a problem with people prioritizing money over principles. The easiest way to make money in this space is by selling out and promoting shitty products/tokens. We have seen it all too often.
Technically the customs of Bitcoin are more consistent with self- and family-interest being good. "Greed" in the sense of high time preference tends to be less rational and on average less remunerative in the Bitcoin space, and Bitcoin ideologies tend to oppose it.
