Much of the discussion of "bullshit jobs" conflates "job that I do not personally enjoy" with "job that in reality serves no purpose." Profit-driven enterprises do not, as general tendency, knowingly maintain the latter.
Not just profit driven, they are also driven by desires to preserve their jobs and extend the power of their jobs over other people. These tend to be the more, not the less, enjoyable of the jobs, for those who think like that, albeit they can make others' jobs less enjoyable.

Certainly. Humans are complex, as are their enterprises. The discussion around "bullshit jobs" tends to oversimplify that complexity in a particular direction.
