What year do you consider digital centralisation? Switzerland had negative interest many years ago
No strict beginning, but an early milestone was IBM accounting mainframes,1950s. Took many decades for these techniques to spread and even more for the power hungry and their macroeconomic brain stooges to figure how much more control over strangers' assets this gives them.
