Climate change is much too benign sounding - we need to rebrand it to “climate crisis” or “global warming” or “climate catastrophe” to convey the severity of the situation we are in.

If your beliefs are just that.....Beliefs, and not substantiated by fact it is actually very good practice to " keep quiet". Even if
@NickSzabo4 may have done extensive research, if you research with a predetermined outcome already in mind, you will always find YOUR answer.
I don't have a predetermined outcome in mind. I am very aware that fossil fuel CO2 poses unprecedented risks (as well as likely smaller benefits), among them global warming, ocean acidification, and fertilization effects (good and bad).

I am however very concerned about the large role Pascal scam - type speculations play in generating excess fear, for example highly speculative connections between higher CO2 levels and extreme weather events.
