Two lines of Libra questioning: "How can we be sure you will maintain enough user data for AML?" + "How can we be sure you will protect user privacy?"

With a proper crypto design, specifically regarding privacy those 2 lines of questions can be concurent - FB chose to design Libra in such a way that they need user data & can claim privacy while getting Zuck all that data (for AML)
Vastly better for both privacy and reliability of the service to just never gather the information in the first place.
