Someone just did a lot of work producing an invalid block. The miner rewarded 13.26546691 BTC to itself instead of 12.5, so it was rejected from the network. This is why we run full nodes. What does that mean for the bitcoin that WAS mined? Is it unmined? Or does he only get what he should have?
It was invalid block, so miner gets nothing. Miner that wants to get paid must follow the standard robo-rules.
