Yes, I'm talking about the overall system of SIM-based phone security, it is not at all designed for use to protect substantial value of crypto and and it is an abuse of their product and customer service to use it for that.
In particular identity is insecure, local, and labor-intensive. This and any similar remotely-track-identity system is a pathologically awful way to try to secure your cryptocurrency.
