That's fascinating! Agree core cultural dividing line BE & NL = Catholicism vs Protestantism. Hurricane Harvey flooded 36,000 sq miles in Texas- Louisiana. Up to 60 inches of rain. Destroying or damaging 204,000 homes and businesses in August 2017. Mother Nature surely holds the Trump Card in both cases.
