And regarding Homo sapiens’ evolution among greatest scalability inventions imo were language, writing, money and typography. Most recent are internet and maybe BTC:-)

Yep, social scalability. I'd say markets, the networks of deals, enabling greater division of labor as the biggest social scalability win. Perhaps at a different level of the "protocol stack" than your list though, since they rely on language and benefit from writing & printing.
