Being able to privately spend without requiring anyone else's permission is as much a human right as being able to privately speak without requiring anyone else's permission.

Privacy and permission are different. I don't see either as being human rights. I see the future as having decreasing amounts of privacy. I'd be interested in hearing what people want to hide from the world and under what conditions they would be willing to share it.
