I mean Americans are ok with going to endless wars for other countries. But they wont protect their borders? Really?

Before anyone gets excited here...Nick implies a boarder is created to form a country, you cannot have ANY country with one, obviously. What your tweet doesn't mention is if the United States should also have a physical wall at that boarder, specifically with Mexico. Well?

Why are you cheerleading seizing people's land to do this? But simultaneously champion people's rights to protection from such government seizures?

There are exceptions to practically every social or legal rule. The core government function, without which any other government function is ludicrous, namely border security, is one of those exceptions.

So only under "national security" will Nick Szabo endorse government seizures of property?

Building a wall is a pretty big exception. Not building walls endangers everyone’s safety and property rights.

I’m willing to give up the border, but to do so properly the gov has to give up income taxes, Medicare/Medicaid, soc security, welfare programs, ect bc they’re not sustainable with open borders
