Netflix is a competitor to Hulu which Comcast partly owns. Users pay for so much Mbps, where that data comes from shouldn’t matter. Comcast is using its monopoly status to extort/censor imo.

All NA telecom services throttle for no reason or just to get an appointment at your home to waste money and time. It's sick and only recently was time Warner held accountable by riot games for throttling.
