Question: If I stole something from you (not provable in court but true nonetheless) and then you and others get together to take it back? Is that a breach of property rights?

Under traditional common law I am entitled to do some things, even some things that would otherwise themselves be considered property violations, to take it back. Not what is at play here AFAIK. Not arguing that this is legal, just that it is very moral.
