Someone who doesn't care about or respect the rule of law should not be practicing the profession of law, and if any lawyer who expresses such beliefs should be disbarred. Here in the U.S. at least the First Amendment was not meant to excuse legal malpractice.

The ideal here is "the rule of law, not the rule of man" -- quoting the Massachusetts State Constitution which was a big inspiration for the United States Constitution. But much easier said than done.
