take a B12 supplement. Plus B12 is already added to many foods

Is it good for a pregnant woman or baby to eat only meat? anyway to each their own, b12 supplement seems to solve the article’s issue.

It goes to the question of what kind of diets humans are best adapted to. If it's producing a dangerous vitamin deficiency that would have reduced the Darwinian fitness of our ancestors, we obviously aren't evolutionarily adapted to it, thus likely unhealthy generally.
