Agreed. I wrote only 26 ‘grand’ which is approximately 650 years back assuming average generations of 25 years. I really mean our grandpa’s who lived in the Paleolithic and went eating all the megafauna in Africa, Eurasia, Australasia and the America’s!!

On the other hand, our ancestors, by definition, survived long enough to procreate and guarantee the survival of their offspring. Following the same diet as them is unlikely to prevent you of doing the same. In other words, if they ate it regularly, it isn’t poisonous.
