It's still stupid. Silicon Valley went through this "clean energy" fad a few years ago and end up losing huge amounts of money and luring people into dead-end jobs.

I'm not against trying again in the market I'm against forcing this bad sci-fi down people's throats with taxes, regulations, and taxpayer's money.
