Very few people understand this. If you asked these insane people if telephones were for everyone or just for the rich, they would look at you as if you were saying something odd. They have no idea how innovation works or spreads. Totally ignorant, imaginationless and DUMB!
Telephones started out from an attempt to assist deaf people, and then became widely used by traders and merchants. Only later were they widely used by average people. Not a good reason to oppose telephones at any stage of their development.

I really should have said cellphones, which were only associated with the rich, but which are now totally commonplace. Either way, the idea that Bitcoin is only for the rich is held only by totally ignorant, a-historic simpletons, who thankfully, can't do a thing about it.

These, and most other, tech, had similar trajectories -- started out as playthings or tools of the rich, or in military tech labs, spread out from there. If we had a social justice purity test for tech maturity we'd still be living in caves (oh wait caves were homes of bears).
