I don't think you can understand the paradigm here. We absolutely can be and are already compliant, as devs structure their affairs to avoid disputes.

About my understanding, I am not a legal scholar, I don’t practice law in a court house, but I did take some university courses in national & international law. I know how dangerous precedents can be & how nation states use them in their own advantage, so I defend immutability.

Retake the courses. Legal immutability led to extreme legal positivism which was the basis for fascist laws. Precedence system can be another extreme. But we’re looking for balance. Not an archetype which neglects societal changes for the sake of “legal” certainty.

Are you for real?

I’m not a bot. I can change my mind if you provide a convincing argumentation.

If you compare blockchain immutability with fascism, I got nothing to convince you. When you're wearing the cool red-tinted shades of radical comrades, red flags look absolutely normal. Guess gravity is also fascist. And so are clocks.

I wouldn’t compare it to gravity or clocks. But time is relative.

@tokenhash doesn’t see it yet. But he will. Relative time heals all sorts of theoretical infelicities. ;)))0 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

I think we should stop feeding the troll. The academic peer review he received was terrible, now he’s making a fallacious argument about authority just to get attention. Unless he presents something of substance that works, he’s nothing but a venom-spitting troll.

He's gotten to the point that you could interchange him with Nouriel Roubini and it could take a while to tell the difference: same low-knowledge emotions, slightly different spleen-venting slanders.

Nope, Craig Wright is the guy who always brings up law and patents. Nouriel Roubini can actually pass as a pessimistic BTC maximalist.
