You live on a very bizarre planet. On this planet, rhere are millions of disputes on the Internet every day, all resulting from content relayed by IP (including vast numbers of financial disputes BTW).

In general I think you should start with the idea of self-sovereignty via Von Mises, then work back to what dispute reconciliation means. Starting with an abstract definition of “law” is inane.
