The severe limits of human sociality prevent almost everybody on the planet from meaningfully participating in any particular blockchain's governance.

The choice to not make a bet in a market is itself a meaningful way of participating in futarchy. If you do not bet, it means that you agree the current price is fair. Futarchy is the ideal form of governance.
