Well it will forever change the countries who signed it and agreed with it. The next 10 years will be the worst time to live in europe specially in any of those countries. Sad to say.
Those awful ten years will only be the barest preview of the horrors to come. But the vile fucks like Merkle and Macron promoting these treaties don't have children of their own, they don't give a rat's ass about anything except the immediate feel-goodery of "virtue" signalling.
