      btw this tech improved since with now deployed Confidential Transactions in @blockstream liquid. every liquid fullnode audits $LBTC & Confidential Assets. CT/CA are homomorphically additive Pedersen commitments, auditable due to additive homomorphism + zero-knowledge range proofs

      I only recently saw that article, and it made me think of all the technologies being developed in Bitcoin for this purpose. A good reminder to never underestimate @NickSzabo4's prescience!
