Sadly no, disinfo is huge wrt censorship resistance. Too many centralized "crypto" biz are still busy duping controversial services into thinking they share this crucial attribute, then screwing them when inevitably their single point of failure falls prey to political activism.

This begs for a question: Since we're having to do all this rights protecting ourselves, where does that leave government?
-
Governments are utterly superior when it comes to physical security -- which is why we have them -- but they quite suck when it comes to digital security. But then again so do centralized businesses.
-
Governments are good at force not security. Historically gov's have always backed up the coin by violence (fiat). Crypto is impervious to force, so for the first time ever gov's are powerless unless they get physical—which isn't good for a voter base...

Governments are not good at transparency, the Bitcoin blockchain is
#transparent & Western governments like the#UK &#USA cannot operate under transparency, their agenda is hidden in obfuscation & opaqueness

Shame that GAB is not a free speech platform and are just as guilty of censorship as those that they're screeching about.
