I notice this happening, I have really tightened my filter. If real information isn't in the first sentence I scroll on by. And block anything that is ever promoted on my timeline.

The problem is that news (facts abut the present situations of the world) are valuable, and no one is willing to pay, so one can expect that media outlets will be focused on making money not giving facts, therefore finding reputable sources becomes the problem.
