1. Origins of life & panspermia events extremely rare in the universe 2. Life is common underneath tidally active frozen water-moons but photosynthesis & resulting animals extremely rare 3. Life & births of civilizations common but they have and we soon will destroy ourselves.

I doubt we will. It is difficult to discover any substantially probable existential threat (actually human species existential, not just horrifically deadly to many) facing us. So I think the first two scenarios are far more probable, but can't completely rule out the third.
