Giant companies are the security holes of capitalism. The more centralized industries get, the more they attract socialist political activists. The Bolshevik Revolution was a violent version of this vs. railroad stations, newspapers, etc. Now activism is focused on tech giants.

The only way for these giants to (to a degree) get rid of activist attention is decentralization (at least partial). There are solutions like Universa protocol that allow multiple companies to integrate and decentralise their operation without losses.
They love the feeling of the power of beings censors ("curators", "editors", "conversational health", etc.). They will usually sacrifice profits or even revenue well before they sacrifice their power trip, nor does decentralization generally increase their revenue or profits.

Dumbfounded by your understandings. These people (captains of centralized organizations+soldiers) are control Addicts. They have accumulated as much power precisely because of this addiction. Our trouble remains withdrawal symptoms of those who gained unlimited weapons supply.

This is a valid point, eg., Zuckerberg’s smug certainty in Congress. Even though he felt intimidated, he had the “courage of his own moral rectitude.” They don’t seem to consider that erasing all “hate speech” removes outrage over injustice as well as the energy to fight it.
