Hmmm like http://Block.one ’s ICO “terms” for EOS... wonder if blacklisting US IPs is considered “persuasive”... given the litany of VPNs, and US citizens abroad with internet access originating from foreign IP address ranges.
You can't give a sufficient description for the world's jurisdictions reached by the internet, and the woefully incomplete description you do give them is likely to empower them to make the wrong decisions.

Plus if you’re a securities issuer or a financial intermediary collecting customer data, you (should) have customer addresses. It’s trivial to reject US residents if you want to.
