Hmmm like http://Block.one ’s ICO “terms” for EOS... wonder if blacklisting US IPs is considered “persuasive”... given the litany of VPNs, and US citizens abroad with internet access originating from foreign IP address ranges.

You can't give a sufficient description for the world's jurisdictions reached by the internet, and the woefully incomplete description you do give them is likely to empower them to make the wrong decisions.

Founder-developers should recognize that if their Org’s users cause the Org to violate US laws, there may be consequences for the founders (decision makers). Given the tolerance for that risk, they might provide financial disincentives to users who don’t mitigate litigation risk
