The successful ones no. They have to be active on soc. media and give some value back (tool, apps, improvements). It will be a constant marketing and politics to get to the top 20.

If you were one of the accounts that had a substantial amount of money in it, would you not want the account frozen and returned to you? We do not live in a vacuum , you need a combination of "code is law" and arbitration by elected officials that will be held accountable
