In a society that’s at the “southeastern-most” point of the malthusian isocline (ie with the highest achievable population density living with the lowest biologically possible calories/person), the net capital creation must be zero, right?

For a time net capital creation could even be negative. With very low ag labor productivity either some people go hungry or capital is consumed. Either might further raise or lower productivity. Dilemma captured by British said to have "fed their horses but starved the Irish."
