There’s no sense in Cuomo dictating to the locally controlled fire districts! They’re one of the last community organizations that save the taxpayers a ton of $!

I think the problem here was they were trying to "interpenetration" the executive order. I would recommend against doing that.

As I do not see this directly called out in the executive orders, would someone be so kind as to provide us with a written document reference from the State as to the order against performing these events. I am seeking to understand the compliance concern.
