    Great reminder . . . if you see or hear somebody that MIGHT be in trouble, don't assume that the person is okay. And don't assume that other people have called the police. Other people are making the same assumptions as you. Take the initiative and do something.

    Ever notice that some numerical fields are pre-filled? When you start with a high value, your brain is anchored to that number - so your final input is closer to that quantity. See Chapter 2 of Methods of Persuasion:
