i just tell viewers to lower to 480p when i do ultra low latency. (i typically just do chill streams on ultra low so quality doesnt matter as much)

Causes more buffering since there is no safety net for viewers with less stable connections OR any hiccups between your computer and YT's servers. I used ULL exclusively for months and months - viewers loved it!

I used it for a while, but stopped due to others wanting to be able to go back during the current stream if they missed something. It worked pretty well otherwise

I think it's not that great for the viewer. Say some kid is watching on their phone at school and they don't have sufficient Wi-Fi. They will buffer like crazy and with ultra low you can't turn it off or go back in the stream to see what the streamer may have said, etc

Currently using it! People love it! I haven’t had the issue on buffering too much, could definitely happen though!

Normal latency would probably be uch better for your vieers. people that watch streams are used to 20-30 second delay and the quality will be much better to them. Just to ask yourself ''Quality or quantity?''
-
Quality or quantity argument doesn’t work for this lol
