Just FYI, just because some content creators' streams/videos are viewable to the public on their channels that does NOT grant you permission to reupload their stuff or use clips of it in "compilations." "Compilations" are NOT fair use & are subject to DMCA claims.
Yes. But understand that some people will keep re-uploading to the point that it would be way too much time spent on constantly filing DMCA claims.
That being said, I’ve actually had accounts shutdown by @TeamYouTube because I’ve reported too many times...

Not true at all. I had a clip from my stream where I was harassed by griefers reuploaded a hundred times - got every single one of them removed & many accounts shut down bc of it. You just need to have supporting evidence and properly report it.

If you're spamming other reports instead of properly filed DMCA claims, that's probably why they shut you down. Otherwise they wouldn't shut you down for filing DMCA in any case.

Not just that! But people can also upload your stuff on other video hosting sites. Some of them I couldn’t even report on!! I’m just saying... their are times that even the most patient people cannot handle the trolls. But either way, it’s a struggle and grind right?
