We won. Seemed problematic first but then people realized that coordination and resource gathering for strong npcs is the key. There were 14/20 players still on at the end. Have a look at my pics/retweets for more infos.
Was veeery laggy. But i have no doubt that the concept is fun and can be extended. There were tons of npcs.
