how do you have the grandmashal armor set on a lvl 40 toon? :o

The transmog rules changed with last patch. U can transmog stuff which is for the upper limit of your level scale. I think 1-60 , 60-80 , 80-90 , 90-100, 100-110. You can create a twink lvl 20 and transmog lvl 60 gear!
