      Ppl just never get enough. Shadowlands is great, the communication with the Devs is great, the perma small changes are great and 9.1 looks dope as fuck. idk what ppl complain 24/7, u gotta open ur eyes to realize we get a lot more compared to previous expansions

      I think its subjective as always. Only thing that got me hyped are the kyrian and venthir covenant armor sets so far. The Q&A was disappointing for me because of multiple reasons.

      We get a new/reworked gearing system for raid, maybe Draenor like PvP gearing, Valor Points for M+ which makes it finally useful to play. Another 10 Boss Raid with Sylvanas as Final Boss, new Zone looks cool, Flying + new and unique covenant mounts. Increased ilvl for OW players.

      partly it is true (gear system changes). partly it is not (customizations, factions issue).

      faction issue only really exists in raiding etc. but ye it sucks but its also hard to solve i think. i mean it was always alliance vs horde

      well, sometimes I have only 1 h to play, on horde i was 20 min in queue :D thats why i am alliance now with hunter too :(

          mercenary mode. That sucks for multiple reasons. Why I would have a Zandalari Troll if when I play with him I am always a fat Kul Tiran?^^ so I really felt I had to change to alliance or else I would not play my hunter anymore.
