Once a week. Instead you can do pvp, get your 220 gear, and also you can get a vault item by only completing 1 m+ key. I honestly think all of the contents should be available, but comparing to the mythic raid and mythic+, pvp is super rewarding, and this is not even a pvp game.
PvP is capped to 550 points a week that is 0.7-1 items per week. And you need the rating to upgrade. Yes there are advantages in the PvP gearing system, but stop potraying it so overdramaticly.

Well it is not capped to 550. My paladin alt is 1600 cr and can get total of 4400 conquest. I pretty much geared it with no effort. I am not dramatizing the situation, i just want m+ vendor too.

What you are talking about is catch up. That is another situation than playing every week with your main. In the main situation you can get only 550 points because you already got all your points for the previous weeks. With dramatizing i mean exactly not pointing that out.
