There are! I just only have 3 action bars hidden on the side. I mouse over them and they'll appear.
I see you have your class color as color for the button rings. Does that change automatically for twinks? (e.g. a apaldin would have a pink color there)

It actually doesn't. You can change these to any color you want!

i tested it, unfortunatelly either i have an acc wide profile or not. means i can change settings for all chars or not. That sucks regarding the class colors :D
