I feel it should be far more. Like, 20% on the actual effectivity means instead of 10% you have 12 %.

If you stack versa you gonna have way more than 10%. This is almost like having two 12% versa corruptions. It's not bad at all.

36% instead of 30% then. It doesnt sound that good to me. But i dont know the exact power of pve trinkets tbh

Its nothing and wont help. Try it, we're talking about ~4% more dmg+heal. Trinkets which deals 40-60% of the enemies health are stronger.
